Smith-Blair EZ Maxi-Grip Line Cap

Smith-Blair Maxi-Grip EZ combines the mechanical strength you’ve come to expect from Smith-Blair with an evolutionary design that makes installation a snap. With the Maxi-Grip EZ, there are no disassembly, special equipment or time-consuming alignment procedures required. It can be installed in minutes by a single worker with a standard torque wrench.

Product Features:

• For joining and restraining IPS plain end steel and PE pipes of different nominal sizes, 2″ to 1″ thru 8″ to 6″
• Class II, for reducing connections
• Designed to seal and grip independently in all applications, including anchored or abutted steel, plastic or cast iron pipe
• One Maxi-Grip EZ Coupling does it all, on all types of pipe; No need to bother with transition fittings, welding, fusing, blocking, harnessing or shop fabrication
• The Maxi-Grip EZ Coupling’s design is based upon fieldproven sealing and gripping princip
