INDY NXT by Firestone Grand Prix at Mid-Ohio

Jamie Chadwick finishes in tenth place this weekend in the Grand Prix at Mid-Ohio, making her the first woman to finish in the top 10, in the Indy NXT by Firestone competition.

“I’m feeling really happy for my first top-10 finish, we fought hard for it throughout the race. I think that ninth place was in the cards, but we got pushed out there at the end. Overall, I enjoyed being in the fight, but would’ve liked to see a little bit more from today.”

The Race

• With eight laps to go, the weather took a shift with some light rain.
• The 55-minute race saw just one lead change.
• A total of five caution laps were brought out during the race with just two being full course yellows.
